Poor old MO'L is throwing his toys out of his cot in a big way today, vowing to challenge the expected decision of Nellie Kroes (sp?) tomorrow, blocking FR's planned takeover of EI.

It remains to be seen what further action the EU will take, i.e. will it force FR to sell its shareholding in EI - and what kind of mechanism will that involve?
There is potential for some damage to EI as a result; i.e. if FR is forced to sell its holding, that will have a serious effect on the EI share price, particularly as potential investors, concerned as to the likely behaviour of FR towards EI, might think twice about buying share?
It seems quite forseeable that FR will go out of its way to make life as unpleasant for EI as possible.
