If I was a friend or relative of someone killed in that "accident", my blood would be boiling too. I would be furious with the airline and its management etc.....
But as a fare paying passenger, it makes my blood run cold to be honest. And I wonder how many other pilots there are like that out there in whose hands I regularly place my life. In this respect, I blame the Authorities - ie: CASA.
I'm sure I'm not on my own there.
