I know of an outfit that will be offering what you are looking for, but only by the end of this year. Timing being everything in aviation, obviously, I do not think that you can enjoy the luxury of waiting for so long ? Can you ?
I am also looking for the same thing !
Some people just can not understand where recruitment is heading nowadays,
and how much aviation has been degraded in the last decade.
LCCs especially seem to be happier to take in a " 0-command hour pilot " for the left seat than taking in some highly experienced F/Os and getting them a reasonably quick upgrade, because the former costs them less, which leaves experienced F/Os in a sort of no man's land: not suitable for junior F/O position but also not suitable for a left seat because no command time, hence out of job while low houred guys are getting in ! Great !
Then senior captains dare to comment how the right hand seat is occupied by inexperienced pilots.
