Pull your bloody head in son, and get off this forum. Mr Moderator - can you stop this nonsense in its tracks before it generates further bile?

There is no way it could generate anymore bile than I see here!!!!
It is this bile that is reducing terms and conditions and I will never pull my head in when it comes to wimps that can't tow the line.
Heading select claims to have thousands of hours in command but needs to PAY FOR LHS TIME IN A 73 Bull$hit. The way he is going about it the employer needs to check his parker pen.

With regards to the 89ers bloody hats off to them at least they stuck together which is more than I can say for you kiss a$$ buy your own rating, pay for your own uniforms, buy your own hotel and pay for your own meals. I would have been proud to have been one of them. Their unity and esprit de corps was unrivalled and it was only their screwed up legal team that let them down.

Yes I will put in my bloody 2 cents worth when it comes to people that degrade what is a right of pilots to be trained in their respective companies from right to left seats.

The airlines are run by boffin headed accountants and lawyers and they will always look at the bottom line and it is precisely this attitude that screws up the overall balance of the system. Just because it is a bull run on pilots certain individuals think they can bypass the system but when the bear returns as he will where will those that jumped ahead be. People know and talk.

I can't imagine heading select attending a British airways interview saying. " Hi I am H/s I have thousands of hours in command in X aircraft but you are hiring for X type but never mind, I am willing to pay you $3000 a month for a year until you think I am qualified. BALLS. Essentially this is what he is saying.

I WANT TO PAY YOU TO WORK FOR 100 HOURS.............

Personally I have never paid for a rating since I got my CPL which was probably before you fools were born. I am very happy flying with real people in the biggest jet in the world. I feel sad for the younger generation of pilots that never got to fly jets when people dressed up to fly and the pilots that flew them got top dollar and were respected as white collar individuals.
If this is what flying is about i am glad I am on the way out with my big fat pension. I guess that perhaps it has become a job for bus drivers and computer operators and that the pay will be commensurate.

Lastly If H/s has all those hours in the 73 as an FO why is his present employer not up grading him to Captain. I would wager it has something to do with him!!!!

Wooblah.
