Singas is OK if you are with SIA, HKG if with CX, not fussed about BKK.

But yes, I am an MAS fan.

Sorry I should have mentioned the others.

I would prefer to stop at HNL on the way to the USA but that would mean travelling nz, so we go via KUL with MAS, stopover, ( included in the fare ) then off to the States via Taipei.
