How do I deal with jet lag? I get used to being tired a lot of the time.
To be honest it depends on the trip, the slip, the following tour of duty, the preceding tour of duty, when I got home (as in morning or evening) and what I've got coming up over the next couple of days.
I'm largely off the caffeine these days (both during and after a tour of duty) and have found since largely giving up the grog that I'm able to recover much more effectively.
