If you are looking to get your CPL/CIR etc, I would be putting more time into finding & receiving reputable training rather than worrying about buying turbine time just yet.
Besides, any company that sticks you in the seat of their turbine will more than likely provide you with the endorsement training upon commencement of your employment. (Probably at your own cost. $8000 - $12000) The bare bone, minimum LEGAL requirement is only a CPL but Legal requirements vs Employer requirements will differ by a lot.
