Have you moaned to EBM as well? Why haven't you resigned yet? Apparently the working conditions are so bad that there isn't a reason to stay, or is the tax free salary and easy life style to good to walk away from? By warning people not to join DXB, aren't you just hoping that lack of staff will get you a higher salary once the realise to pay more???
