4) Pay for your own HOTAC
The bloody list goes on and on. And then this scab will be the very person that will complain when he finds that he is not getting a good deal after he has settled into the LHS and has found out what is happening in the real world. What is happening here is a guy that is trying to jump the Que not a poor bugger looking for a job down on his luck. Just a bludger looking for the easiest way out at the expense of his colleges.
