my company has a 12 day and 9 day tour of duty. I find going out and having a few quiet ones the night I get in does it for me. But just got back from 12 day trip and didnt get a wink of sleep last night. takes me abou 4 or 5 days to get over back on normal timezone. I'm not into sleeping pills I prefer the harder drugs
