It's true about Mr Vorsicht's post on the bonus.
It has never, I say again, never been 3 months! The highest reached was about 4 years ago at 10 weeks (basic pay) and the lowest, since it was introduced in 1997, 2 weeks. There is no guarantee on it at all but I reckon the targets are designed to always produce some.
On average it seems to be around 4-5 weeks these days. Not enough to keep me in the cask conditioned ale I'm accustomed to but marginally better than finding a scorpion in your flip flop!!
The rest of the info looks pretty accurate at least on paper; you must have had a sore wrist after that visit fly 747 !! (from writing the notes, not visiting the York International I mean)
