New Routes
You can hardly call Dublin, Leeds and Inverness new routes as such as you have to travel via an intermediate destination, basically all they are doing is allowing passengers to connect through at ridiculously high prices, also on those connnecting flights it means Flybe are even more likely to lose your bags! Flybe will hardly do well competeing against Aer Lingus on the JER-DUB, at least Aer Lingus flies direct!
What Guernsey and Jersey really need is direct services. Maybe not to all three of those destinations, but Leeds and possibly Dublin would work.
