The new 'deal' that Management are 'TRYING' to Re-NEGOTIATE with DCA.....
Well if it does Happen, MAYBE FROM NEXT YEAR, like MOST of our Accomodation Allowances 'INCREASE'.........
& remember that SERCO is a PROFIT MAKING-Stingy Co. who only cares about profit, & not the ones in the pit!!
IF, we get the so called increase, lets see if SERCO keep a SHARE % of it for themselves, like they did this year in January, with the last 'payrise'....
We were to get 20% as per DCA/SERCO Contract, but of course, we ONLY GOT 10%...
& THE REST?????
