Its got nothing to do with "one act". He had a legitimate reason to complain, and he had a very public forum in which to do it. Good on him I say. The more people that bitch the better our industry will respond to problems like these. Its time this industry provided the service that the public pay for.(and just because its low price doesn't mean bad service)!!!!
