Flying an a/c from the left hand seat does not equal command hours. If someone is offering you a command job and you have no experience then you are bull****ting your way.
If you have any experience working for a proper airline, your PF sectors can count for "in command, under supervision". However, just because you transfer to the left hand seat, does not put you "in comand". Under supervision, possibly and any sectors where you are PNF will be P2 hours.
Just because you have 100 hours in the left hand seat should not be considered as anything but 'left hand seat experience'. Would you like to let us know who the contractor is and who the flying is for?
