PN - one night a week of late-night (til 1930?) opening might be worth a try? Most schools/college finish at 1530, but the last appt in most AFCOs is 1600.
My daughter wanted to go to see the RN ACLO - had to miss c. three hours of school as she could only offer a 1200 appointment on that day.
The local ACLO is only accessible locally (within 20 miles) on two days a month, as she has such a large territory.
