Cough (asthma)
I have just today been notified that my medical records are not acceptable due to 2 remarks of "cough (asthma)" from when i was 7 & 11!
These 2 time i have been informed by my parents i had a cough/chest infection and not asthma but have been declared permenantly unfit - aircrew and therefore my place in IOT 8 is in tatters as i didnt have any ground branches, has anyone on here ever disputed there past medical history as i have NEVER suffered from Asthma, had an Asthma attack or anything, i will try to appeal against this but dont think it will be accepted!
Does the Navy and AAC have the same crazy rules? I cant believe it im so gutted! Ive ran marathons for christs sake and got 13.3 on the bleep test!
