Just wondering what initial officer training is like, what it involves and what they expect from you?

Umm, the ability to access information by oneself? Not to be led by the hand, or be able to use the internet, newspapers, military journals, RAF News, Google, RAF Web Site, E-Goat and the sticky at the top of this forum.
Or even try the AFCO they have a whole load of information and even a cool* DVD.
*cool is used in the media sense, not anything bearing a reality to life.
