I don't mean to laugh, but that is quite funny in a very innocent way!! May I suggest that you do a wee bit more reading into the details of what you are hoping to get into?
To help, the link in Mike J's post refers to the Sixth Form Scholarship Scheme. There is no location for one individual "Sixth Form College" down South or anywhere else. Speak to your school Careers Officer (or whatever they are titled these days!) and they will point you in the right direction. Not to mention your CO at your ATC unit.
