Don't be too disheartened by the sight of a thin envelope until you read it, as it could be option 3; you've met the required standard but they're waiting to see more candidates and will rank you against them. I got that back in the day and eventually got the well done letter. (Of course, the delay could also have been caused by the extra vetting needed as my families from RoI; that's what I kept telling myself at the time)
Well done on getting through to the part 2 and don't worry about finding it stressfull; compared to thingsyou go through at school it is and it's unrealistic to expect you to have dealt with more yet, let alone the sort of operational stress mentioned earlier on the thread.
