Stupid question?
I very appreciate information given for ME by Dct no speed and others but let me give an oportunity to ask something stupid.
If it shortage obvious how can you work at all? I haven't noticed that number of flights from ME has been reduced.
At the end of last year I became "short listed" for ME job position but since then there haven't been any contact . That means that you have enough qualified ATCOs.
