If Tom's not happy with people not getting the seat they pre-booked, he should get more longhaul aircraft of the same config, instead of operating the flight in 738's, when one of the longhauls go tech! My family have been on a Globespan flight that went tech, Aviance took so much abuse from pax because Globespan wouldn't allow Aviance to issue any Light Refreshment Vouchers.
Everyone does know that globespan have been handled by Alba for the past month, right? The same problems have been arising since then, in fact, it's worse. 24 hour delays almost everyday for the past week.
Who the handling agent is doesn't make a difference if the problem is in the airlines own operations!!!
