I myself had Keratoconus but as I am sure just like me you were diagnosed at around 18 years old? It generally only lasts a couple of years then stops around 20 or 21. Even after it I have had 20/20 my whole life, it shouldnt be a concern for you. Man you do what you want to, I had a job pulling 40k a year and I thought I was in heaven (10 years ago) I could fly every weekend, but I had no kids or family then I am not sure of your situation, even though you have a good income, its not what you ask on an internet forum mate, it's what you want! I am sure you can decide what you want , take note of comments here but it all comes to what you want. Good Luck!
