The other thing that we do - (which helps us with the jet-lag) is to reset your watch to your arrival countries time as soon as the aircraft takes off...................and try and work on that time the whole flight. Our flights normally involve a 7 to 8 hour time difference and if you are only there for 4/5 days you don't have time to be jet-lagged
