essential qualities
I was just thinking about the question "what are the essential qualities for an air traffic controller to have".
At the moment I can come up with just 3,
an ability to concentrate for long periods of time,
an ability to stay calm under pressure
and an ability to communicate clearly.
Anyone with any other suggestions?
