This is total 100% BULL****! If some asshole stood on the end of the RWY the first thing the pilot would do is call ATC and say some asshole is on the end or the runway!!! Nothing pisses me off more than some drop kick putting in his 2 cents worth when they dont know what goes on!

If you know the area, you can get to within 100 metres of RWY21 and still be not on airport land
