If family life is important, stay away from the Ryans. You'll end up so unhappy you'll not spend quality time with the kids. Until the current management team have left, avoid it at all costs. Go enjoy the sunshine. If you have kids, head to the sand and enjoy it. You will never regret not working for Ryanair. And it'll only ever get worse there.
