Have you tried looking at her profile?
Cocuments and Settings/USERNAME/Application DataMozillaFirefoxProfiles

Tho I would imagine that would clear on a re-install(?)

Switch Proxy or User Agent Switcher can also cause problems if you use them
WALSue is offline
