As a captain the company is good money wise.
A UK cpt takes home somwhere around £5000 per month depending on the amount of flying. Bare in mind that you pay for everything. No pension, no LOL , pay for acommodation when in the sim etc.
As an F/O the situation is !!!! mostly due to the amount of flying which = little money. More over, everythinh administrative is mostly crap. Applying for annual leave is just horrible...
If you're a captain looking for money solely then by all means go with FR...but do consider it veeeery carefuly...
