If you are a Captain and based at home it is a good job. You get to fly well maintained / new aeroplanes with a good bunch of F/Os to some interesting destinations. Roster is reasonably stable and although sometimes you work long days it is not like flying through the night and being absolutly exhausted at the end of the week. I have not intention of leaving.
On the other hand of you are RHS and commuting home on your days off then it,s totally different.
