Crew shortages. It should be operated by the E145 as you know, but there not enough crews to operate all of the 145 routes, and the a/c are often parked up doing nothing.
Funny though - an Air Wales liveried ATR42, with Aurigny crew, flying a Flybe callsign and flt number. Confused, you will be.
