yer I had heard that they are also heavily dependent on Angolan and Venezualan crude. It is probably more that the trade in the GCC oil in US Dollars maintains an artificial demand for the US Dollar. Call me paranoid the aircraft carriers turned up around here just after Iran moved to sales in Euros (ala Sadam).
