As mentioned, it's the PPR requirements, and whether there is any avgas at all, that are the problem.
There is no avgas in most of Greece. Corfu, Mykonos, Megara, Athens I think, and a few others. The choice of alternates is fun: a legal alternate doesn't need to carry any fuel
