Anyone have info about the new foreign F/O positions? How long will it take to upgrade to Capt?
Borderline stupid question here but are the new F/O's going to be 'locked' into the right seat forever? I overheard in the customs line for crew @ LAX there's a lot of opposition by the local flight crew union.
Otherwise the regular contract sounds like a pretty good deal...still searching for the other requirement: 500hrs of PIC
Also, what's the "Korean procedure" is this something actually being practiced on the line or is it just bum scoop?
