Ahh! But if you do something that causes senior pilots to leave, or many jump ship because of a better offer from a rival, or you want to attract a pool of highly qualified pilots to your company for one reason or another, etc., how do you get around the seniority issue then? Not saying it's right or wrong, but seniority does apply a restriction to company flexibility.
