The danger of giving them what
you think they want to hear is that come your interview they will have a profile of you which you have to stick to otherwise you are toast!! I failed the HR bit first time around and have a pretty good idea that being economical with the truth on the personality paper was the major factor. 2nd time around I was completely honest and am currently about to finish basic at the College.
