oh c'mon. I'm no fan of Toronto but you can get from there to just about anywhere else. Rather fly one flight on a WestJet buddy pass than two zed fares from New York or London. Where are you trying to get in Canada? I somehow don't think Dubai-Regina will be starting anytime soon.
