This important thread has been (almost) ruined by Power Ranger's aggressive rantings - he makes the Guv read like Barbara Cartland. For some reason I've developed a mental picture of
PR and I suspect that if he ever visits a library, which seems doubtful, the top shelf won't come easy to him.
