GSM Scot - I must take issue with you on AGP punctuality - how many times this year has 474 been on time back in Edinburgh ? Very few I bet . It also appears that there is a mere 25 minute turnround at EDI pm , this is an impossibility . Other destinations suffer from the same thing . last year their schedules were too generous .
You should remember pax are not interested in why a plane is heavily delayed , they vote with their feet . Fortunately for you they do not have a choice with AGP from EDI ( YET

I am also keen to know why the afternoon PMI from EDI had a 4 hour delay yesterday after on time arrival , this sort of thing is all too common .
