still crews discretion when to use Autobrake MIN
Reverse:
we have P&W JT9-7R4G2 and use std 70% N1,
allowed to use more on short, wet or slippery runways to a max of 87% N1 nominal
also allowed to use idle reverse on long dry runways and light weights
