It depends,if you are current on the A320 and have some experience the upgrading could be done within 4 months.
Why people join Wizzair?
Many A340,747,330 and 320 captains and fo join wizz because they can work at home,Hungarians,Polish Germans,Austrians(some bases are near the border to germany,austria).
Wizzair is another word for fair play,if they say that you`ll be upgradet within 3 months they will do it .
The nice atmosphere.There are not captains like: I`m the captain and you are nothing.........(I`m sure every fo knows what i mean)
...compare Wizzair(salary) with Malev,Lot etc.
But you are right wizzair has to change something.
