Can Somebody please help! Shed some light

Hi Everyone!! I've noticed that people are gettin calls from Ryan who have sent in there medicals not too long after they have sent them.. He said for me to wait a week until he'd call me with my medical report.. how long do people normally wait until he calls you with a medical clearence and with a joining date?? Or is everyone calling him instead of him calling you? Could somebody please shed some light
