Technical question, but not for Tech Log:
why does BA tea, in whatever cabin, taste like it has come from an urn in a Salvation Army hostel?
Are the FA's sent on some specialist course?
We are supposed to be the biggest tea addicts/aficianados on the planet, so why can't they do better?
