multi engine rating
hi everybody,
as regards the multi engine rating is it necessary to have the 70 hours pic?
i am currently short about 20 hours pic once finished the cpl training, on reading lasors i get the impression you only need 70 hours pic to apply for the issue of the rating, and it doesnt mention that you need the required hours to either start training or to do the skill test.am i right?
