I am confused. Are you talking about spin recovery or stall recovery? At the time of your post, the thread was about "wing drop recovery at the stall".
If the "stall recovery" has proceeded to the point of "rotation" (I believe you mean
spin rotation - at one point I thought you were referring to roll), then
the stall recovery did not occur!
The proper stall recovery will prevent the spin from commencing.
Have I misunderstood something?
