Before you get too impressed with the "Lifestyle" blurb, best to talk to a few of the guys that work there. Company tried to get the ATR on line without any increase in conditions for the S340 crews. Pilots divided on what terms they will accept to fly it (surprise surprise). Rostering is a shambles. Safety manager resigned (maybe not a bad thing).Pilots leaving to other carriers in droves and not just for more money. Some just had enough.
I would rather express interest in an operator that delivered on T and Cs, stable predictable rostering and had a cohesive pilot group (the two former follow on from the latter) rather than an operator that offers the ethereal, intangible lifestyle bull.
