Without venting spleen like the previous poster who has no basis or industry experience on which to express an opinion here, I very much regret to say you are right in all respects, but so, also, unfortunately is the management. Snooping journalists and lawyers delving into such things will be so well armed with anti-company propaganda and proof of company fault that I do believe that no company can risk such things getting into outside hands, and they always will. Sadly very needed, but too hot to handle!
