Try Highland Airways, you've got exactly what their asking for (ppl + class 1 med) and I assume your in the right age bracket (under 26, with exceptions)and have the right to live and work in the UK and have a driving license?
They'll work you like a dog in ops for a couple of years with some hr building thrown in to keep you keen but, as you have found out, there are very few sponsorship schemes about now days that will take you on from your PPL all the way up to an unfrozen ATPL.
