By all means attache the front line medics to the big A&E's for experienece. The military hospitals would be used for the role2? and onwards, the post stabilisation operations and long term rehab that the boys and girls at the front end deserve. In fact I'm surprised that some NHS trusts aren't lobbying for the re-introduction of Mil hospitals as this may give a local NHS a usefull surge capability in times of local mass emergency.
