ETIHAD are looking for 425 Capt/FO between now and the end of this year, not necessarily type rated 1000 hrs on jets over 60 tons

Unfortunately "medium, multi crew, jet" is need for the better jobs, but its all got to filter through. Requirements are definately coming down and what was previously "required " is now "advantageous"
